Choosing Suppliers
Our typical research time takes approximately 3 weeks. Once this has been completed, we will provide our clients with a supplier parameter with the following information,

¡öAppropriate & reputable supplier shortlist (2~3 suppliers will be provided for your perusal)
¡öCompetitive quotation of the suppliers recommended.
¡öQuality standards
¡öProduct guarantees
¡öSigned non-disclosure agreement
¡öSupplier audit reports will be provided at customer's request.
¡öAnalysis of each supplier proposed (advantages and disadvantages breakdown)
¡öExpert recommendations based on the Max Choice matrix.

Note: The matrix in determining the most suitable supplier takes into account all the parameters indicated above and rates them based on the level of importance on the client¡¯s preference and on future working relations with the client and the supplier.

2)Sampling & Tooling
Prior to suppliers' sample prototyping, Max Choice will provide disciplined methods and tools to help Chinese suppliers correctly identify the critical product features (CPF) as well as to help the customers confirm their critical product features.

we would suggest that the customer provide a sample of products for supplier¡¯s reference, which will provide the supplier with a better understanding over drawings and specifications. Test order will be implemented with further auditing and corrective actions. A Final version of the product will be created only after the client completely accepts the sample.

3)Contract Negotiation
Negotiation is an art form. Negotiating the right deal with the suppliers does not simply imply obtaining the cheapest possible price, rather it also dependents on other factors such as delivery times, payment terms, penalty on quality and shipment delay, patent, legal protection etc. Max Choice will help our client to finalize the commercial contract with most optimal outcome

Note: Transparency is a basic principle for our business mode of operation. All of our clients will have the opportunity to directly talk with and visit the supplier; with all orders processed immediately if required. Max Choice will be the client support whenever needed. It is Max Choice¡¯s policy to keep a transparent environment with the client from the request for quotation stage until the contract closure.
