Searching Suppliers

Our first step to help our clients with their sourcing requirements in China is to provide searching suppliers. There are millions of suppliers available online and at exhibitions, encompassing large professional manufacturing companies, medium sized factories, small workshops, and even trading companies; as an overseas company it is often difficult to determine the best methods to find the right product and supplier. Max Choice will research the best manufacturers for the client's needs based on a set of client defined criteria,

This list of criteria is usually based on the following information and will be required for a quotation:
¡öDrawings and all the technical specifications including material, dimensions, tolerance, surface treatment, labeling, and any other technical requirements required
¡öPackaging solution
¡öInspection requirements, percentage, tools etc
¡öTarget prices if available
¡öAnnual purchasing volumes
¡öOther commercial condition, like Currency, International Commercial Term, Lead-time request, Payment terms, Warrant etc

Max Choice has own resourceful supplier database to start searching. In the whole process, systematic steps will be implemented for the purpose to efficiently filter out the most potential suppliers to move forward. It is true that seeing is believing, as often overseas clients find it difficult to determine the truth behind manufacturer¡¯s artistic webpage, heavy brochures, and polite emails, that is why we do not limit our evaluation to only documentation at our office. At Max Choice we formally visit the final 3~5 selected potential suppliers for a full day audit. During this audit, all the aspects of the company will be screened and a systematic record will be kept. A comprehensive supplier audit report will be submitted to you afterwards.

Note: While searching suppliers, we focus on those who are accredited with quality certificates such as ISO9000, QS9000, or TS16949, and, more importantly, on those who are strictly implementing all the quality standards in their internal Mode of Operations with evidence report
